The hotel is brand-new and has a wonderful location close to everything. There is a cool Tropical Smoothie Cafe just a pleasant stroll away from the property, where you can enjoy desserts. Totally recommended for a vacation.

The hotel room was clean, roomy, and quiet. The hotel is located about 17 minutes from Kings Island. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the owner who assisted us with our luggage when the elevator was broken. The hotel had a cool and colorful boutique-like atmosphere with unique artwork and furniture. There were plenty of lounging options outside the rooms. The room had all the necessary amenities including a fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine. Ayesha, the person who checked us in, was excellent and even accommodated our request for a room away from the construction in front of the hotel. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the freeway.

This property is undergoing renovation to the degree that it should not be open for business.

The so called lobby and nonexistent exercise facility and the side door to the outside near the pool that would not shut - no security at all. Breakfast was minimal and of cheapest quality.

The room here is beautiful and peaceful with a pull-out couch, and the pool is great; there's a variety of delicious breakfast options, and the location is perfect and cozy, near all the attractions in the area.

The room was spotlessly clean and huge, with an extremely comfy bed, coffee/tea making machines, a seating area, and a work desk. The hotel is in a favorable and unbeatable location, a short walk to restaurants in Cincinnati/Sharonville, and shops. It is also close to Kings Island.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location near the University of Cincy and the affordable prices! The hotel was surprisingly bright, cheerful, and clean, with comfortable beds. The receptionist, Alesha, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Good breakfast, comfy beds, good shower. Everything worked. Great to have ice machine as soon was having surgery so we needed a lot of ice!

Things in room bit dusty like coffee/tea facilities., so didn't use them. Bit of wear and tear

The Blu Hotel in a quiet location. Close to food & shopping. Cleanliness & hotel facilities were fantastic.
